They do a really good job with grooming! However, Horrible customer service! Mostly everyone there seems to be very moody. As soon as I walk in I usually get a negative vibe. Looking elsewhere to take my babies. I also was VERY rudly asked, "why I wanted to breed my maltese dogs!?". In my opinion it is NONE of their business whatsoever! If they want to continue bringing in clientele, they need to work on the way they approach their customers and consider a more FRIENDLIER enviroment!!!!

I have been taking my dog here for years and palm ridge always does a great job on her. She is 12 years old and very shy and the groomers here treat her very well. she has very long hair and they always does an even and neat job. Theyre grooming stations are out in the open and I have never seen any mistreatment of any animal. I am happy I get my dog groomed at a place that listens to my needs and is very affordable.
