Traveling and lost a crown. Got me in right away. Amazing office ....everyone very kind. Reasonable pricing.

Very nice office and super nice staff. Most of all, the doctor is superb. Dr Liu is gentle and painless, i am always afraid of dental office but Dr Liu made a whole difference for me. I love them. If you are afraid of pain then go to them, you will start to love to go to dental office.

The best experience with a dentist for my whole life. My family moved to this area recently and trying to find a dentist. I called several offices near my home and I heard the warmest greeting from their receptionist. It was so easy to work with them and everything is like "Great, we will take care of it.""No problem, we will check it for you." etc. Within minutes I got all appointments for my whole family of 4. Then everything was so wonderful for our visit. No waiting for anything even they had all chairs full of patients that day. they staff were so efficient and care for their patients. before we went out of the door, we already become friends with several staff in the office. The doctor is wonderful, the staff are wonderful. the office is so organized and friendly. I love them and very thankful for their services. The best dentist I ever met.

My family and I were terrified to visit the dentist due to all of the pain and needles associated with the visit. Well, that is until we visited Otay Lakes Family Dental Group. Dr. Quan and his staff made us feel welcomed as well as the services are cost effective. The best part is that my daughter and I had fillings with no numbing, no needles; which equals NO PAIN!!! We will forever go to Otay Lakes Family Dental Group!

the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. i use to go to an office in downtown but have recently got this promotion letter where i could recieve free whitening ,therefore i jump on that. Dr was knowledgeable but had a little accent. very nice office.

Great staff and great dentist. I didn't have to wait in the lobby forever like other offices. Dr. Liu did a great job on my fillings and gave me a great price. Love the work you do! Keep it up!

I like this office very much. The staff and Dr. Liu are great I have been a patient here for 2 years and have seen the whole process of Dr. Liu taking over the practice from Dr. Nocera and I have to say that Dr. Liu has really cemented my confidence in this office.

I was referred by good friends of mine and I knew I wanted to get several procedures done including Xoom Whitening. After speaking with Dr. Liu I decided to do it all! Veneers, Bridge, and Xoom before I go to Cabo with my husband. When I finally completed the whole treatment last Thursday I was given two AMC movie tickets as a token of appreciation for referring 2 of my friends.

My family just moved in the area recently, so I was looking for a new dentist for my family. I checked all the online reviews and found a lot of good reviews about this dental office. I went to the office with my kids, all three of us got everything done, fast, happy, and no pain. It was totally different compared with my previous dental experience. I had my deep cleaning done and I barely felt the injection because his special distraction technique, tapping on the tip of my nose, actually we laughed about it during the procedure. My kids got fills done and they did not feel any pain either. The whole visit was a mind changing experience for us.

I bought Groupon offer from their office with a very nice deal. I went there in the same week and got everything done very quickly. The staff were so nice to everyone, and the doctor was the best doctor I ever met. He showed me everything and explained everything, I know I have some dental problem but never been explained so much in details as doctor Liu did. So I fixed almost all my dental problem at one appointment. They offer invisalign too. So I am going back for my Invisalign consultation in a week. I like the doctor and his staff, I will stay with the office forever. I suggest everyone to see this doctor.

My work is very busy and I want a weekend appointment. They got me in on Saturday. I went to their office and had a wonderful experience. The Doctor was very nice to me and explained everything and answered all my questions. Their price is much lower than those offices I went to. Also they have a $50 referral bonus and promotions, so I referred my husband to them and got the bonus for both of us. I used the bonus for my Zoom whitening (their promotion), and got my teeth really really white in an hour. I am so happy with my teeth now. I already referred couple of my friends to them. Definitely I will stay with them.

I brought my two daughters in for a check up and they did a wonderful job with my 6 and 8 years old. I like the most was that the doctor was very gentle and kid-friendly and did painless fillings with my kids. all my kids love them and were not scared as before with other doctors. Their price is very reasonable and much lower than the office I went to. Their staff are very polite and nice to us. They also have referral bonus, so I and my husband also signed up with them. Definitely I will suggest the office to anyone.

I have been to the same place for two years. Now the office has a new owner doctor, Dr. Liu. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. The doctor has a very gentle touch and always asking for your feelings. I did feel a little nervous at the beginning, but after he tested on my tooth, i did not feel any pain, then i relax and felt easy with the whole appointment. I totally trust his skills. He was very nice to all the patients and his staff, made everybody feel calm and ease.

The receptionist-Vanessa and the assistant also were very polite and helpful, they made me feel welcomed and talked with me about family and friends, we had a good laugh together. I really love them.

I still have couple of appointments to go, and I am so glad that I have a good doctor and nice office to go to. I definitely will refer all my friends to see the doctor.
