Morales inspection was professional and very experienced, we needed to ensure a thorough inspection on an old property we fell in love with, he sent pictures of each deficiency and very detailed reports, some even has short videos. We didn’t end up buying this property, but offered a free inspection on our next one. Ensuring you get a good inspection can save thousands of dollars in repairs later on.
