Jet registration charges a premium for horrible customer service. I paid close to $300 to find out that registration could not be completed. I requested my deposit back. Months later after many unreturned calls visits the office to find it closed during business hours I received less than half of my deposit back.

I called to get a quote over the phone and the girl who answered asked me for my information and said she would give me a call back. I got a call within five minutes and was able to take care of everything. All my husband had to do was go pay. I will definitely be coming back next year, no more DMV for us.

Jet registration really has a no hassle no line no waiting period her services are excellent professional and best off all low prices and willing to go the extra mile .. love doing business with her Janet thank you :)

0 stars if I could the person in charge is never there why have a schedule posted if you are not there at those times also they give you a price over the phone but once you pay they double it very unprofessional will not be returning rather wait hours at the dmv

Jannette is never in the office . lags to get things done , overprices . my registration was only 90 dollars and she charged me 170 because she said she Has to go to the dmv to do it and i went to the dmv myself and they were only charging me 15 dollars . dont go here , best place to go is straight to the dmv and do it yourself

(Joseph) brought with him a napkin with a written vin # on it and stated that he had just purchased this vehicle and wanted everything done right way, The receptionist that took his napkin explained to him that there where documents that needed to be filed out and signed by the sellers/buyer(s) Mr. Jose (Joseph) A. replied by saying that the vehicle would be registered under a family members name who could not come by the office because they were in Mexico. At that point Jet Registration receptionist explained that if we did not have the appropriate legal documents, signatures along with Proper Identification we could not move forward. To make long story short, we are a reputable registration service and reserve the right to refuse service for anything that may raise a red flag. Jet Registration Services is committed in providing fast, topnotch service as long as they provide the right documentation
