Could not delete somehow. We had a problem but the owner/upper management resolved our issue to our satisfaction.

Make sure you ask about long term specials, I got an amazing deal on the 2nd floor which is saving me a bunch.

The location is good and the price is right! I did a lot of research online and on the phone when I was looking for a storage facility here in San Diego. There seem to be a number of big national chains that own most of the storage space. However, Extra Storage is not only a nice, independent facility for storing your goods; it's also a great value. On the outside, it may not look awesome. But storage facilities aren't supposed to look fancy, and in my book, that's totally fine. The people who work there are really nice and willing to help. They took me around on their golf cart to see the various available units and sizes and found a good one that fit my needs and budget. Thanks for the great service!

So i had heard about this place on Craigs list. I needed a place to store my stuff really fast and easily. They had a really nice designed website with all the basic information needed to get started. So one afternoon i had called the storage company asking about rates and sizes. The lady that answered the phone was full of life and ready to help me with every question that i had. Instead of taking 20 minutes, it was 3 questions; what, when, how!!! Usually companies like these are rare to get the job done efficiently and correct. I commend their work that they do and I was happy with her service and business as well. two thumbs up

I just called to get a quote, and the man was rude!!! Besides the fact that I couldn't understand what he was saying, he was telling me what I should get, rather than answering my question about what the cost would be for storage space that I was asking about. I called to get a quote and instead I got an ear full of nothing. He sounded upset and was not helpful at all. I had never called that place before, but I will never call again. Thanks for nothing.
