We called 4 tree trimmer companies. A friend of ours has used Pedro before and spoke highly of him, so we decided to use him. He came out to bid on a Tuesday and was able to start the next day. We had 3 very large eucalyptus trees, one was over 100 feet high, the second one was dead (SDGE had cut it in half to avoid power lines but left it as is) and the third was reaching out over the street. This was just the first portion of task we hired his crew to do. By the way, he free climbed the tree (with harness) and cut limbs with ropes tied to them to lower them down. We had a lot of large succulent plants near the base of these trees and not one was broken. His team carefully lowered and dropped limb by limb...amazing to watch.
Next his crew cut back a 15 foot hedge that was our neighbors but over hung into our property and it stretched a very long ways down our property. Not only did they cut it back but cleaned it all up. They even took cuttings that I produced from doing my own trimming.
Last portion of the job was to cut down a couple of pine trees on the opposite side of the property and clean up the other 5. These guys worked their butts off, never complained, were professional from the beginning to the end. It took 4 days to do all of this. His price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend Carrillo's Tree Service for your next tree trimming project. He does other yard maintenance too. He did such a good job, my sister will be calling him as well as my neighbor.
