I love ISI! The nurses are so nice, and I feel like Amy McKinlay was truly listening to all my concerns and not brushing them off. I will definitely go back.

Watch out for this PA. She will just try to push you into scheduling another appointment because she "doesn't have enough time" for what you need. And, you get to pay for two appointments. My appointment time was mostly spent making another appointment for me to return so she would have more time. And, I got to pay for the first visit even though the wrong allotment of time was made by the receptionist for me for the procedure I needed. When I called them and disputed it, they said I had received the service. I asked them how I was helped at all and they just said Leslie spent her time with you. All of 5 minutes for $125.00. It seems like a way to drum up more business for them to turn your appointment into two appointments. Very unprofessional and I will never return. I hope I help someone else from getting caught in their trap.
