Horrible. I am 9 months pregnant and waited for the tech all day. Called twice to see if he was still coming. I was told yes. He never showed up. Called the next morning. They said the tech called and left a voice mail so I must be the one lying not the tech. I told them I can pull my phone records and that I had no reason to lie. They said they trust their tech over me and they definitely aren't sending there tech out now and to call someone else. I have been in customer service for YEARS and never would have treated a customer that way. I'm shocked and disgusted at their lack of care and how they treat people. I would never recommend them. They could care less if they lost a customer. Call Hillco!
