They treat their employees, that do their job right and treat others well, like complete crap!!! Those are the employees that do nearly all the work while the other sit around on their cell phones all the time. Those employees are the ones who get paid the least. It's so sad. This company hires ANYONE which is why alot of staff here are so horrible. They should be giving raises to the 20-30% that actually are nice to clients and do their job right. Not the ones who don't do their Job, treat clients poorly, neglect clients, and just sit around alot.
This paragraph isn't directed to the staff that treat clients well or do a good job, it's about 70% of the staff, though.. They are TERRIBLE to their clients and are currently under investigation for neglect and wrongful death.. They make fun of clients, are rude and sarcastic, neglect them, don't bring them anywhere including the ER in an emergency situation or important appointments, often hand out the wrong meds to clients and if the client tells them they get enraged and threaten the client, yell at clients with mental illness like "shut the hell up" and use threatening words, they ignore clients who push their buttons and need help, they never get back to clients about anything, they hold onto clients mail when they receive it, open it without permission, and rarely end up giving it to clients, their late giving meds, they only get their favorite clients up for meals and if the rest miss the meals early on in the day then they go hungry but the night staff usually goes and gets the clients food anyways. I could go on, but I'm tired of thinking about it because it makes me very upset that people get away with this. It's not okay.
