I have called theses people 3 times to come and fill me up. I am now below 20% in a 2200 square foot home and they tell me they are coming today. We shall see if they actually show up

I ordered a new 1000 gallon LP tank and was told it would take 3 weeks until the shipment of new tanks would arrive. On delivery day, I discovered the tank was 3 years old ( and had a broken fuel gauge as well as some surface rust, minor dents and the remnants of a large sticker on one side that was removed. When I asked the driver if it was new, he said "Yes". When I pointed out the date, sticker glue, rust, dings and broken gauge, he said it had been sitting in their yard for a year. When I asked why I then had to wait for a tank that had been sitting in the yard the whole time (when the owner( Bryan ) told me that this tank was coming from a shipment of new tanks, the driver changed his story and said that the tank was sitting on a job site. When I called to speak with Bryan Nayes, the woman who answered said he was in the yard and I could hold. The call was disconnected and when I called back, she said he wasn't there. Why do people lie ? Why not just tell me it is a 3 year old tank ? I would never recommend this company and will leave it up to you if you want to do business with them.
