Eric was easy to work with. My husband was extremely impressed with the customer service he recieved while designing the perfect engagement ring. The quality is great, the emerald my husband chose is a gorgeous color, the turnaround time was fast, and the program that Eric has to show you a preview of the ring is very cool.

We went back and got my wedding band from Eric also, the price couldn't be beat.

Being from Eagan, MN we had thought about getting my wedding band closer to home for convience, but ended up at Eric's because we just couldn't find the same customer service in the metro.

Thank You Eric- you are fantastic!
