Started Universal Carpet Cleaning in 1999. Worked for ABCs of Flooring in Laguna Nigel for nearly one year under the supervision of owner Chris Lovelace who taught me all the tricks of the trade. I learned and became a master floor technician. Worked with various types of hardwood floors such as bamboo, oak, pine, laminates, floating floors and glue down floors. I moved up quickly and kept getting raises and compliments from a person who is a perfectionist and didn't loosely give compliments.
