In a world where every street corner has a harware store, this one should try a little harder with customer service skills. I had a valid complaint about a mischarge renting a uhaul truck from them. The manager/owner refused to speak to me and gave his employee a card for the uhaul DM to give to me. I was calm and composed and was shocked to see this (literally). Go to Ace hardware, best customer service in the market.
