WORTHLESS CHEATS

PLEASE BE AWARE before you call these guys, they are nice to talk to but vicious.....this company DOES NOT value professional cleaning or customer satisfaction, but only THE TIME their maids spend in your house cleaning, they would CARE LESS if your house is clean or not, once the time is over they'll be ready to leave. I don't know of any house cleaning service that does not change your trash bags, clean your inside windows or microwave. I made a huge mistake by falling into the trap of their low price, which seemed like a lot after their maids left in rush with a trashy job. The owner is a well spoken man but will not honor his words and promises. He will twist words and try to force you in  believing that you got what you paid for.A wise thing would be to have any cleaning service email you or give you in writing do's and dont't specific to your requirements and budget. Also don't shy on hard bargaining as these guys want you to give them a clean house to work on.........so that they can have it easy.  All The Best !!

When this customer called, I gave him an estimate over the phone, including our houly rate, approximate time necessary for the job, and what the specific cleaning would include. When the crew leader let me know they needed more time, I told them to take the time necessary to do the job correctly. The three people spent an additional half hour more than the original quote, but informed me that the home looked great.The problem began when the homeowner asked the crew to do additional tasks that were never mentioned; clean the garage, and clean the inside windows. I informed the homeowner that we had spent 1.5 additional hours and any more time would have to be paid for. I always try to be as clear as possible with all our customers,and am sorry we could not please this homeowner.
