Horrible busn made reservations for party and needed deliver the night before the event 4 weeks before and called the week of making sure my order was confirmed the night of deliver the items never showed up when called they advised they called my phn number which they said was wrong when I gave the female on the phn my number she said that's the number we have listed and we were told it was wrong which I never got the phn call they said they called when I said how early can u bring them tomorrow the day if the event I was told brown 10am and 1pm I told her that won't work cause the event starts at noon and I have to have them here no later then 11am she asked if I understood what brown meant and they said so do u want to cancel so 6pm less then 12 hours before a event I'm trying to find a new place worst place ever don't waste ur time

My only complaint with this place is that they said they would deliver between 4:30-6:30pm luckily our event want until the next day because they didn't show up until after 7:30pm. Then they said they would pick up on Monday @ the same time... Here it is Wedneaday night and they just picked it all up! They tried to say they've been trying to reach me and tht they had the # wrong but they were able to confirm the drop off by calling the # I have them. Plus my husband left them 2 messages and no return call ( he left his # too). The only reason I have it 3 stars is because their prices are mh lower than the other companies I called. If punctuality is important to you DON'T use them.
