My Wife and I ate at the Long Horn Stake House in Chillicothe,Ohio. It was our first visit. We were calibrating our 55th wedding anniversary. We had a great meal, great service, and two splendid waitress. We had a great evening. We will be back

As a group of 4 we had to wait 5 minutes at the front door for the greeter to appear. They had several seats available and was not busy. The waitress was atour table quick and helpful. We waited for 45 minute on our food. Our salads never came to the table. When my steak came I only had steak nothing else. I had ordered loadEd baked potato. Another person in our party never got her 2nd side dish. Plus two people ordered the same steak one looked like a flat iron steak was thin as paper. We waited forever on our check. I do not like to complain about device for I have been a waitress before and know how it gets but when the place is almost empty and the price of check I left very upset I mean very upset since we did not get half hour stuff and the food was cold when we did get it.

This is my husband's favorite place to eat; however if we go through the drive thru the order is never right when we get homw and he swears he'll never go back. Of course; he changes his mind and now he goes inside and checks the order in front of the cashier to make sure it is accurate. Our past couple of visits we have had to find another restaurant because we get there at 9:25 every Friday or Saturday and the door is already locked. That even makes him more upset. Tonight we stopped in there and he went to the door and it was locked at 9:25 again! Is this standard procedure? We did go to the drive thru amd I asked the person what time the front doors closed and they said 9:30. Perhaps you should make that more clear to your customers; before you lose some good one's like my husband. He loves your food! and eats there at least once a week or more. We don't go inside to eat; we always take it home, so we weren't about to go in to hang out! Just wanted our food right! Tonight everything was right in our order and the food was fresh and hot. My husband said it was very enjoyable! You would have gotten 5 stars if we didn't have to double check our orders and then not be able to get inside!!!
