Love, love, love this internet service! So great to not have a data cap and have the speed to do the things I need to do. Customer service is excellent, even on weekends.

Horrible customer service

Was told they were coming to install the antenna in the morning, I asked what time in the morning and was told "in the morning". The crew got there at 5pm after taking a day off work to make sure I was there. They couldn't put the antenna up because of a storm, which was understandable, I was told they would call me when they got to their office and set up an appointment, but I had to call them, after some guy told me he was there when I was talking to the secretary and according to him she didn't say in the morning. Horrible customer service. As soon as AT&T is done upgrading their towers I'm switching. Much better.
