Jeff just finished painting my triplex and I couldn't be happier with the result. He is upfront about the cost, very knowledgeable about the types of materials needed. He has great communication skills and is very informative. He did what he said he would do and in the time frame we discussed. I liked that there was a written contract and there were no hidden costs. He went above and beyond. It was refreshing to do business with someone with such great integrity. I highly recommend him!

We recently purchased our home in Chico and hired Jeff to do all the painting. So to start will Jeff was prompt in returning all our calls, Jeff stayed on a super tight timeline, Jeff was methodical in planning each step of our painting process, Jeff spent endless amounts of time answering our calls and helping with color selection... The end result was very nice! All our doors and trim came out super slick. All the cut in lines are near perfect and Jeff finished a little ahead of schedule... So in closing, our experience with Jeff was very positive...

Jeff and company gave us a solid paint job! Although our trim and doors were very messed up with brush marks from the last painter, they sanded most of the brush marks out and made it darn near new condition. Jeff communicated very well throughout the project and did a very good job detailing everything out on our Chico home. I would definitely recommend Jeff Loughmiller Painting!

Working with Mr. Loughmiller has been a pleasure from day one.. I went online to find a painting contractor and called many. Some never even showed up, some said they were not sure how to address the scope of my job. Then I scheduled an appointment with Jeff and he had answers for all of my questions. So he submitted a bid proposal in writing and I hired him to restore the interior of my home. Jeff stayed on schedule, was very thorough through out the whole project and was open to a few changes along the way.

So if you want quality and integrity then I suggest you give Jeff a shot....

To start with I have known the Loughmiller Painting family for over 30 years... Jeff's father is a master craftsman and Jeff followed suit... In some ways I would say that Jeff IS the most detail oriented painter I have ever seen... Jeff's father handled all of our commercial and residential work for years. Now that we are older we rely on his son Mr. Jeff Loughmiller for all our painting needs. Very Professional Contractor!

During my 10 years in Butte I have seen many a painter, but not until now have I been so impressed that I felt compelled to spread the word that a painter is *excellent.* When I moved into a home that needed extensive prepping and painting, I did my research and found Jeff Loughmiller. His reviews were impressive, so I asked for a quote. He was prompt, and understood the job better than any other painter I could find. His price was very reasonable, he went above and beyond to make the work perfect, and he had a wonderful personality to boot. I’ve worked with the big companies in town, and they don’t even come close to the quality and professionalism that Jeff brings to the table. Jeff is hands down the best painter in town (and no, I’m not related to him).

I recently decided to remodel my home and decided to hire Jeff for the painting and cabinet refinishing. I have to say my cabinets look brand new and the Interior Paint turned out amazing... I just wanted to take the time to let people know that this guy is very polite, skilled and knows his stuff.
