I have been going to this Gym for about 10 years now and it continues to amaze me!!!! Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable the facility is well maintained and kept. They literally have staff that work round the clock doing maintenace and housekeeping! The gym is diverse as well, for people of all ages and abilities! They recently added a personal training studio that has new state of the art equiptment and you can take classes there for a small additional monthly fee. My husband and I both take them and it is well worth it! It is Amost like having personal training for way less the price! The class I take is with Elyse tues and Thurs it is called Kettle, Pedal and Pump. I am an active person and we use equiptment that I have never used before or was too intimidated to use. I look forward to this class so much and have already noticed a difference in my body! She switches the exercises up weekly so its not monotenous and it is really fun! Beautiful health club with numerous pools, lots of fitness equipment, and a spa like atmosphere. Pretty good deals as well.

If I lived in the chico area I would most defintely be a member of this facility because they know how to run a gym. First this gym has been voted best 14 years straight best gym in the Chico area and you just don't get that name for doing nothing special. They are a large facility with way over 100 machines. Memberships are pretty reasonable as well. They have an olympic size pool, basketball court, tons of classes as well it's almost like being at a hotel somewhere in paradise they make you feel that good. They also have massage thearpy which alot of clubs now a days do not have. The also have coed spas which is nice. Worth your money for sure.

Great childcare providers very friendly staff and alot for the young kids to do.
