I have personally contacted the hosting site of this fake companies website and informed them of the illegal activity associated with this fake company. This matter is being taken care of.

Mine service was not picked up for a month. Called and left several messages. They never called back. I changed service 3 weeks ago. When I woke up this morning there was a pile of garbage beside my mail box. Then we notice that the greens garbage cans that we put in the back yard through a fence was missing. So then came to get the cans in the middle of the night open the gate and got their garbage cans , then dump the loose stuff in the front yard. Our neighbors can was at their driveway for pick up ( different company) it was run over and damaged. They do not deserve any stars

No wonder we can't get garbage pick up for last two weeks now considering the owner has filed bankruptcy and went out of business! No wonder our trash isn't getting picked up! You guys sucks!

Terrible company. Look at their website, totally misleading. None of the employees are uniformed or pick up trash in the truck shown. Wehn you can get them to your house, which is rare, they arrive in a beat up small truck. They have taken my money over a month ago and have yet to return to pick up my trash. they won't answer the phone or return voice mails. This is a terrible company, please BEWARE and use another service. Also, they do NOT recycle, they take up all trash together and do not separate. BEWARE!!!!!

My bank sends monthly checks on time for this service. The past several months have been horrible and I saw them drive by our house without stopping to pick up our garbage yesterday - our pickup day. Our garbage is overflowing and there is no way to contact them because their voicemail is full. They were great, but have really fallen apart recently.

Bad Service. Since my first payment, I have had issues with them. Now I've paid another 3 months ahead & they haven't shown up for pick up. When I call I get a full voice mail box. I will have to find another service just to get the overflowing trash out of my yard. I'm sure i will loose the $$ that I've already given them. Never again will I do business with this company.

This company operates out of Chickamauga,Ga, which doesn't require business licenses for companies operating in that county. Green's Garbage Service doe not even list a physical address on their website. We have experienced the same problems as other reviewers. Our pick up day is Wednesday. As of today,Friday, it is still sitting on the side of the road. Nor is this the first time it has happened. We are 2 months in to a 3 month contract and the whole experience has been frustrating. This company does not answer their phones. Nor do they return customer calls. They claim to be dependable but they are very unreliable.They are also unprofessional. I chose them because they are local but I regret the decision.

I have had similar problems with Green's the past few weeks. At the beginning of June, I received a bill that stated I needed to pay by 5/09 or my service would be interrupted. I figured it was a typo and it should have read 7/09, but any time I tried to call no one would answer or messages would not be returned. My trash has not been picked up in two weeks and I cannot get a hold of anyone to either pay or cancel my service. I also agree that the pickup date seems to change from one week to the next. One week they will come on the scheduled day, the next week they may show up two or three days later without any explanation as to why. I also believe that leaving an invoice on the garbage can (which has happened to me as well although I have gotten invoices through the mail too) is too risky as it can fall into the can, or blow away, or otherwise get lost.



I have been using Green's for over a year and in the beginning I was very pleased with the service. After the series of big snows we had, I witnessed them out late into the evening and even on Sunday trying to catch up with the trash removal. They were affordable, offered free recycling, and had flexible payment options, plus I wanted to support the local small businesses. I am not sure what has happened in the last few weeks.

It has been going for several weeks now that they dont show up on my date scheduled. Yiu call to inquire and have to leave a vmail you may or may not get a return call. On the 11th they left my invoice on my trash can didnt even mail it stating I was do on the 9th. I called them monday to let them know I wouldnt be keeping their service to come get their can and they have yet to acknowledge or pick up my trash. I even recieved last quarter a notice that I hadnt paid my bill when in fact they had deducted from my account and all they could say was oh sorry!!!

I have been using Green's for 3+ years. To begin with they did OK, but now they show up when they feel like it and do not notify us of any delay. They do not even come every week like they are suppose to! They get paid every month on time, but we do not get the service we are paying for! This is sad!!! Guess it's time to find a company that shows there customers respect!

These Guys are Great You can pay monthly or 3 months. They have free Recycling. Try these guys out you won't go Wrong.
