I've never lived in a community managed so poorly before.
called corporate yesterday after property manager has neglected to fix sewage gas leaking into my house with my pregnant fiance. 2 months after initial. The person that was supposed to call me after i initially stated i no longer want to talk to the property manager; instead called the property mamager to deal with me. On which event she called my phone nastily while diverting the incident as new home chemicals. Then sent 2 ppl banging on both of my doors after telling her my dog is put up and please walk in because i work 3rd shift. Also my car has been parked house side for 3 months as they agreed. And never an issue as i drive it daily. The DAY AFTER calling. It has its first notice to tow. But EVERY OTHER CAR parked the same, lacks a tag. Hence harassment. Oh and we were swindled when signing after being told our home was furnished with working central air. Turns out it wasnt. And to keep things hush. They "gave" us a central air unit that belonged to the property and said i can "keep" it for myself. Also forgetting to mention that just installing it would cost me 700+$

7/19/14:Yesterday at Blackhawk Estates in Des Plaines the site manager Laura started going from house to house confiscating people's belongings from their yards. They put things like bikes, strollers, tool boxes, planters and strollers on the back of a truck and gave the residents tickets for $75 to $200. The took 4 bikes from the children in one family! This place is run by unreasonable people who only care about collecting the $600+ lot fee! Zeman is this how you treat the residents who live in all of your communities? Not very family friendly!
