I no the original owner and founder Hank Sr,Hank jr and Marty all taught me what I know about differentials and trans lived a long distance from them too but it was well worth the drive.I remember I had a 79 caprice with high powered 350 from down the street Chevy Shop Bob and Dave had a winning noise in 373 possi trac gears Marty found the problem after that wouldn`t shop anywhere else when it came to trans work any kind of car chev,ford chrysler and all foreign makes

They Did the Same To Me!

Hey Its funny...Just read your post and now that I think about it they did the same to me! I went in there to get it checked out. No mention of how much it would cost or anything. Just "OK we will check it out for you". Next thing you know i get a call the next day with a bill of $800 I thought to myself wow....but shouldnt you contact me first? I asked them werent they suppose to get my permission first? They said they did when I signed the first blank agreement form :( I didnt feel like I had much of a choice so i paid them.



Then to top it all off the trans went bad 5 months later and I didn't have my receipt they wouldn't fix it.......They don't even have a computer system to check the records....



Very very poor and unprofessional people....





Anyone who reads this PLEASE make sure you do NOT sign any blank forms. This mechanic shop or ANY other....Make sure you ask why you are signing a blank form....



I would hate to see people make the same mistakes i did.

I WENT IN FOR A FREE ESTIMATE AND I GOT BUMPER OVER FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE HEARING ANYTHING. THE ONE DAY I DIDN'T HAVE MY CELL PHONE ON ME FOR 6 HOURS THEY CALL ME BACK AND TELL ME THEY DID THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL AND THEY STILL HEAR SOME NOISE FROM THE REAR. THEY WANTED ME TO CALL THEM BACK. THEY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO DO THE FRONT AND REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK THE SAME DAY THEY SAID THEY FIXED IT AND I OWE THEM $1600.



MY REAR DIFFERENTIAL HAD A WARRANTY FROM ANOTHER SHOP AND NOW THAT THEY OPENED IT AND CHANGED STUFF AROUND MY WARRANTY WAS VOIDED. I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO GET THIS OUT AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY OF THE WORK.





I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.





THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!

Mike or shall I call you Max,you gave us verbal permission to fix your front differential.After fixing it we discovered your rear dif was also bad.We did make the mistake of fixing your rear with out talking to you,we then told you we would return the dif to its original condition at no charge and you would pay for the front. You came and took the keys for your vehicle without paying and refused to answer your phone. I am the one who called the police for theft of services. Get the facts straight.You gave us permission to fix the front for $525 and I still haven't paid by you,so who's the crook? Jim
