Wiss janney has worked with crooked companys like Eugene Matthews that specialize in cutting corners and cheating. They will caulk over caulk and turn a true structural 3 wyth brick wall into a facade. Ironic how the superintendants are the biggest hacks in the company,but thats how you make it in that company,they dont want you getting trained on the correct way so they give the workers journeyman cards without going to union training classes. Who loses? The building owners,and the people walking near a highrise where Eugene Matthews has convinced themselves that they fixed the property- when in fact they do more damage.
