This place is crap. Their phone service for order is rude and very insulting. Imagine the lady that answered my being insultive and lacked proper phone ethics. She even ended the call on me twice in the middle of place my order for pick up.

Had the worse experience of my life when I went in for a take-out. I encountered the most rude chinese "human being" at the front desk who tried to talk to me as if I were someone who lived under her foot. I was in shock! I could not believe that in this day and time that people are allowed to speak to customers in the manner in which she spoke to me. After putting her in check my reminding her that I was a customer, I decided not to EAT anything from the place that stunk of what may have been a racially charged attack from a Chinese woman who did not even know me. How sad is that! Anyway, I reported the incident to the Better Business Bureau. I've dined at many Chinese Restaurants in my life, including China Town and have received excellent service. So, I'm intelligent enough to know that the problem does not lie with the Chinese, just the rude Chinese staffer at this place!Also, the place stinks of spoiled, stale, food! Don't eat there! This was once one of my favorite chinese places, now it's slipping. The food just lacks that old taste, maybe they are using new oil or something. But it just tastes off.
