Best hardware store ever!!! Great selection and excellent service. They really go above and beyond for the customers here. So much so I don't want to spend my money any where else. Not to many Mom and Pop stores left in the big city. The can have my business any day.

I am a female who visited this store a few days ago to inquire on some faucet parts; the bathroom tub faucet had a leak & wanted to buy the rubber ringlet/washer to fix it. The rep, who I think was the owner surmised that I did not have the proper equipment to do the job; I asked if he knew anyone, or would he or the owner do if for me & would pay the fee. I left him my full name, address, & phone number. It has been 7 days & I am still waiting. Granted, he did not have to do it, but he could have called to let me know instead of leaving me in the lurch. I will never set foot in this place again. I cannot do business with people who don't keep their word or promises.
