I worked with these guys when I was remodeling my basement earlier in the summer. We had a lot of projects going on at once. They came by my house when both my wife and I were home to show us samples of hardwood and carpet. Found them to be a breath of fresh air when dealing with some as stressful as a remodel. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I just had the worse experience with this company. I called ,asked questions,got a quote and a date. What I did not know was that they were sending independent contractors not people who work for them. DAVE called before the first appointment time and told me it was not convenient -could I do it earlier ? I could not and in a spirit of co-operation, I told him I could do it Saturday at 10am.We both agreed.He called at 9 and said he was 15 minutes away.I told him I could be ready at 10 as we agreed.He could not remember the time we set.. I am trying to get this done but I am feeling a flakey vibe. He comes in and sets up, and pre-washes a stain and asks me to look .What can I see, its wet and looks fine ? I told him the company said they prespot, clean,and if anything is left they will try again He says" no offense but I cannot do your job" as his assisant is apologizing behind his back.. As he leaves he says " I know I will never live up to your standards" WHAT!!!!!!!! .Now I wasted
