I had a physical therapy appointment at 10:00 on October 15 at Trinity Hospital. At registration the help was very pleasant. Carmen who registered me was especially helpful and went beyond the call of her duties to help me. She is a grade A+ employee which made my visit at the hospital very positive. The areas I encountered were very clean and orderly. It is gratifying to know we have a high level hospital in this area and a employee like Carmen working there. Kudos to Carmen and Trinity.

This placed does not deserve one star. Don't take your love one to this hospital. Especially not the ER. I took a friend as he was having chest pains and they asked us to take a seat. That speaks for it self.

One star is really giving to much credit!!! My mom was at this hospital and it was the worse I've ever seen. The nurses were unprofessional and obviously missed the course on ethics and bedside manner. My mom was told she had C Diff and when I requested for her to be transferred to another hospital in or out of the network, it was denied by her doctor!!! I was told that they would only do a transfer if they couldn't provide a level of care. She also had a ABG done INCORRECTLY!!! Her arm swoll and began bleeding on the inside, under her skin. When I asked the doctor her response was" just elevate it". The nurses were very rude and one nurse got mad when I questioned her and never came back to check on my mom her entire shift!!!! The doctor would come in for about 30 secs, yes really!!! When things got to complicated they decided to transfer her and the new hospital said that her records were a mess. They didnt even show all of the meds or what she was being treated for!!!!!!!!!

Took my mom to Trinity ER last night and it was the most horrific experience that I've ever encountered @ a hospital... U couldn't walk because all if the barriers to cover the dirty floor!!! It wasn't wet because they mopped it, it was just filthy!!!! The staff was walking around scratching and rubbing which raised a flag! Then I noticed knats and other insects and bugs crawling & flying!!! The nurses looked dingy and unkept & with a waiting room full of patients requiring treatment, they spent too much time giggling, laughing & making excuses. Even if the wait is long and nothing Can be done, be compassionate and empathetic. I should not know who ur dating and how much fun u had @ the club and the outfit u found on sale.... After being mortified beyond belief, we left and I took my mother elsewhere! This hospital is a disgrace

My family has had a terrible experience at this hospital. My mom was rushed to ER three times. The second time she had a Urinary Tract Infection and released to a rehab center. After being released from the rehab center she had severe diarrhea and hemorrhoids. She was again rushed to Advocate Trinity Hospital and was stabilized and released with diarrhea and hemorrhoids and the hospital released her an hour after taking a stool sample. On the following day at one o'clock we received a call from the clinic who tested the sample telling her that our mom tested positive for CDIFF. She was returned and the following day they had not treated her because, the attending doctor was unsure of her her case because allegedly the hospital had none of her medical records! Even though she was in an isolated room where you had to gown up to go in to. She laid in the bed suffering from diarrhea and hemorrhoids and in pain for one a half days before being treated. This is only a summary of events!
