My last visit was Monday night, making sure that it's my last night. Before I can even take my order you can tell that the order taker clearly had an attitude. First red flag. Secondly after ordering $12 worth of crap the young lady snatched my card and quickly shut the window. Red flag 2. Gave my card back stuffed all the food into one bag and got rude when I asked did an extra. On the ride home not thinking twice about checking my meal before I drive off I honest to god regret it. The buns where hard as ice, chickens rings burnt to a crisp. Very statistical growing up in an urban community, it's about presentation, and quality and this white castle showed neither. In all honesty SHUT DOWN. That's the best that could happen to that place. It's full of disgusting, miserable, nonchalant, attitude having amateurs that needs to get it together. Being a Restaurant Manager for 3 years I know something about customer service that you guys really need help the help in. SADLY NO STARS.
