Worst service I have ever had. Brought my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) to get the carpet shampooed and got it back without my floor mats and it appeared as if it wasn't even vacuumed in the backseat (there was actually more debris there after I brought it in) and they didn't even touch the trunk. When I went to pick up my floor mats, they were sitting in a pile in the garage right where another car was being cleaned. After explaining to the manager how poor the service was he asked me how much I spent. After telling him he scoffed and said well that's why this was done this way. He asked me what I wanted and I explained I wanted my money back because of the poor service. He laughed and said I don't give money back. He was completely condescending and rude. I would not recommend going there for any service because you will not get what you pay for and their customer service is appalling. I'm actually surprised that they are still in business with the sub-par service they provide.

They are fast and very reliable. Go to their website to get coupons, too. I visited them for a wash and a wax just before winter. They had everything done in less than an hour. The guys are very polite and as a women I felt comfortable going to them. The waiting room was nice and you also have the option to drop off and pick up. I would visit them again for sure.
