In summary, this business is inefficient, unprofessional, careless and rude. How many businesses would kick their customers out of their shop right after they pay?!



They took more than 5 weeks to 'complete' our job, even after telling us it would be done within a week. They never even called to say it was ready, or that they would take longer. Instead, two and a half weeks later, when we called, they said it wasn't ready yet. Fine...no biggie. Another 2 weeks later, we called again and it was finally ready. However, when we went to pick it up, one was done, and the other wasn't. Another week passed, and we called to find out that they weren't able to complete one of our jobs - which was fine...except that they took 5 weeks just to tell us that! I found some chips off the frame when picking up and asked about it. The woman got extremely frazzled, accused us of coming there to fight and kicked us out of her shop after we just paid!
