Very unprofessional. Did not show up!

I am a student which unfortunately am naïve in trusting people too easily. I was scheduled to move to a new apartment a little closer to my study area. However, the management of the new place is very strict about moving time. You cannot violate their scheduled time even by 5 minutes, but they were nice to me and gave me 5 hour to complete my move in. My dad scheduled with this company my move and he explained them the strict timing issue. They promised not to worry and would be on time. We packed everything a day earlier so it would not interfere in the time issue and exams. When the moving day came the mover did not showed up an hour after the scheduled time. So my dad called them several time which finally a guy picked up and said oh, "bad news, our guy are still completing the other job. We did not estimate the timing correctly. But don't worry they will be there after 90 minutes." We waited again. When they did not show up or called, my dad called them again. This time a lady picked up and said, oh, "the elevator has broken down in the other place. They will be in your place after 2 and half hour from the scheduled time." Then 3 hours past, my dad called again. Another guy answered and said, oh, "the moving truck broke down." After 4 hour the truck driver himself called and said "I am leaving now and will be there after an hour." That meant after 5 hours wait and our time was gone and there was no chance for us anymore. It caused us a lot of distress and headache. I do not recommend anyone to go through such a headache as I went through
