Let me start by saying it seems a LOT of Big oil change places short change you one way or another.When you pay almost $50 for a oil change and they promise do a ton of things you expect them to do it and they don't count on you checking to see if they did it. Last time I was here I went in with ALL my fluids low on purpose just to make sure they filled them. Sad to say not only did they not fill and TOP off the fluids like they promised but left my windows open and they were closed prior to coming there for the work as well as left my glove box hanging open and didn't bother to close it and leave it like they found it. I had been going there for years...haven't been back since. They charge you all this money and offer all these services and more times than not you really never receive them. All you need and your oil and filter changed ...not promise to do all these other things you really don't need and charge you for them and not do them.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Spoke to a guy named "woody" that talks to you like if you are an idiot and wouldnt even let you speak. Thanks, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere!
