I one star but it actually deserves 0.

I will make sure that no one in my neighborhood goes over there.

They damaged 3 shirts and it was clearly their sloppiness and laziness that caused the damage. The owner ( i assume), a chinese person, refuse to believe that he was at fault and blamed me for the way i wear my shirt.

2 of my shirts, with metal buttons, that should have been dried cleaned, had burn holes along the sleeves. The owner said that it was the because I roll my sleeves. How can buttons make holes???

Then, one of my white shirts, one the back, had a huge yellow stain. But we could not argue this one because i was already furious.

The person did not want to damage me in any way, nor credit or money back.



I am taking my business somewhere else, and i wil make sure others do.

This location does have same day service which is very important, friendly attendants, and they make leaving the the clothes of pretty quick when in a rush.



Unfortunately, the person that received my clothes sent the clothes to the one day bin instead of the same day one. I needed the suit same day for an early morning event. I had a luncheon the next day which I had early in the morning. I was told to pick up the suit at 9:30am when I had to be at the event at 10am! I had to change in my car and was unfortunately late to the luncheon. The cleaners did not offer any kind of way of making up for their mistake. It was a bad experience with these cleaners
