Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location for video conversion. They do not meet their time frame of completed work and there's no log kept about the status of job requested. If the person you talked to initially about your job is not available, don't bank on anyone else to know what's going on. You just drop off your tape and play the waiting game. Unprofessional and non-empathetic. I don't particularly want to give this location a star at all. Just find another location for your video conversion service.

I've Tried Several Transfer Services and you cant beat the Quality Price & Fast Service that Video Playground has to Offer. Every Format Analog or Digital. Video or Audio they can transfer or duplicate. From Old 8mm / Super 8mm / Camcorder Tapes VHS Tape Mini DV Beta. They even transfer analog reel to reel tape. Its the only place you'll ever need to go for these types of services. CHECK THEM OUT
