This place is terrible. I left my dog for grooming and when i came back his skin was cut up ans burned from the shavers. no wonder my dog got scared everytime i took him there. thats the last time i take him there after bad experience and finding out they mistreat animals.

I was very disappointed with this grooming place because I called to make an appointment for 3pm on tuesday, I told the girl I would be there exactly at 3pm because my break is between 2-3. She said no problem she was actually going to be the person that would be there. I arrive at 3pm like I said i would and when I went to ring the doorbell nobody answered. I rang again and decided to look inside, when I realized nobody was there and they were still closed. I waited for about ten more minutes and I had to leave because I told my job I was only going to be about 15 min late. I rushed home to drop off my dog and arrived almost 30 min late to my job. I called and left a voicemail about how unprofessional this whole situation was and nobody has called me back to apologize yet.

This place is horrible , they have bad service and once you leave your dog in their hands for 3o min. To get their hair cut they mistreat your pets!

Despite my dogs very tangled hair, they did a great job without a single cut on my dogs skin. Its local, nice service, and definitely coming back

All these people do is throw water on dogs, cut their hair as short as possible, and treat customers like crap when customers rightfully complain about the terrible service. I personally instructed one not to cut my dog's coat short for health reasons and she did so anyway. When I complained, she didn't look me in the eye once and let the narcissistic mother-daughter team handle all the insults and sarcastic remarks. The mom, with those nasty tattoos on her face, is a special breed of b---- herself; she's one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. Unbelievable how people can be like that.

Despite having personally requested that my Great Pyr's undercoat not be cut, these people still shaved it all off and then blamed it on me. They tried blowing me off and basically said, "Oh well, too bad." The "ladies" working look as if they had been gangbangers at one point and will now clean poop and cut hair all day long because that's the only thing they know how to do. I wouldn't normally be talking about people this way but you should have seen how sarcastic and narcissistic they were with us even though we were politely asking why they cut my dog's undercoat. Terrible, terrible service and terrible terrible staff.
