After coming here multiple times, I just have to comment on my experience: The staff is always super friendly and super helpful.

After using an electronic cigarette for over three years, I've frequented many e cig establishments. Variance, it's products, and it's Staff, are by far the best. Always friendly, the staff helps you decide which product(s) are best for you. Even if you're just starting out, they will get you going without you having to spend too much. They'll also happily exchange faulty atomizers if you happen to get one. That was my experience anyway. Apparently, before they opened their own store, the co-owners both worked at different e cig stores and they brought only the best & top rated wares to their store. You will not be displeased!!

This is a great new place! Awesome variety, great tasting e-liquid, moderately priced, and the owners are great. Highly recommended for all types of smokers, and it's open until 9pm on Friday & Saturday

Madison at Variance is a wealth of knowledge and knows the products they sell like an old friend. She's warm, friendly, and super approachable and mashes you feel welcomed compared to side of the more impersonal shops in Boystown. It's a cute space with cool, rotating art shows and fun events and parties. They have a nice collection of affordable glass, a great selection of e-liquid, and a kaleidoscope of quality smoking devices. They are also one of the only places in Lakeview that sells CBD liquid. They also offer locally crafted candles and other items. I'm glad to have this place in the neighborhood.
