This was one of the worst experiences of my business life. The owner will wheel and deal until she has a contract with you and she operates as the middle man. When you are expecting your rent from her, you will be lucky if you can find her. She does not have a secretary and the telephone rings constantly. If you have her cell phone, the voice mail box is always full. Finally, she has no committment to the client as she will stop answering the phone and if you go to the office, and see her car, she will tell whoever comes the door that she is not available. We were left high and dry to deal with the tenant who had no money and then we had to deal with the construction company who were also elusive.
