Although Chicago is know for its deep-dish pizzerias, Uno's by far is the best. The dough recipe is unique to this location, even different from the recipe at Due's, Uno's sister pizzeria a short walk away. For first-timers, just know that the hour-long wait is because that's how long it takes to make your pizza -- so always expect a line. You have to put in your order and expect to be seated shortly before your pizza is ready.

Uno's serves the definitive deep dish pizza of Chicago. There is no other better pizza! The recipe is unique to the location -- even the sister location Due's has a slightly different recipe. Uno's is small in size, but charming. If you're never been before, expect at least a 45-minute to hour-wait before you're seated or get your pizza... That's just how long it takes the pizza to cook! When you give your name to the host, they take your pizza order -- before you're seated.
