Really great experience here. Updating my parent's social security card took less than 10mins. Parking is super easy in the adjacent lot and customer service was as good as could be, a polite and professional employee took our applications, he was friendly and respectful. He even spoke a little Korean to my parents which is always a +++... Best experience with a government office.....
