I've done business with Pep Boys around the NW Chicago suburbs, for years. This past weekend we visited the Chicago (4164 N. Milwaukee) location to check out a vehicle & get an estimate on any needed repairs. It was a busy Sunday afternoon & the George, the manager, was great! He was quick, knowledgeable & extremely helpful! This is why I recommend Pep Boys to so many people. Way to go!

I was very pleased with my service at this Pep Boys location. Jim was very helpful and patient and helped troubleshoot a potential problem that I was told that I had with one of my tires, without suggesting an unnecessary repair. I will definitely go back to Pep Boys at this location!
