The worst service ever, You can't trust them !!!

I had the worst experience with Alicja Tru, a Travel Agent at Tru Travel. She quoted me one price, and billed my a much higher price. I was unable to cancel the tickets because it took her about a month to get the tickets to me, and by then the prices had gone up consierably. She was uncooperative, and very hard to get a hold of. After finally confronting her, she threated me and my family. I submitted a dispute with my credit card company, and my credit card co sent me a forged receipt from her company. Never, ever deal with this person or co! I would give negative stars if that were possible!
