Provided by YP.comOffice staff here is completely inefficient! We just received a notice from a collection agency that we owe them $35.00 for a past bill.
Unbelievable!!! For all our visits there over the years, no one ever bothered to tell us we owed that puny amount...and we were never even sent a bill!
To have the embarrassment of dealing with a collection agency over a tiny bill we would have paid on the spot IF THEY BOTHERED TO TELL US ABOUT It is really the last straw.
We will find another place for our childrens dental care.
