After interviewing 4 realtors, my husband and I both agreed that Joe would be the best fit for us, and we were right. Joe not only told us what types of minor repairs/touch-ups we needed to get our house most presentable to sell, but he contacted and arranged for service people to come out and do the work. He was helpful throughout the entire listing and selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a full-service experience.

I didn't wind up using the Wilcox Company. I approached them about an appraisal, but I didn't ultimately need one. That said, they were professional, knowledgeable, and approachable in explaining the process, what was required, and what the costs would be. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future needs.

Today I was seeking an appraisal and spoke with Joe Wilcox, the owner. He was very nice and stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes. I am not a real estate agent or mortgage broker, just a condo owner. I was seeking an appraisal due to a unique set of circumstances on my property and Joe was great. He actually talked me out of getting the appraisal despite the fact his company would have made money. He was very honest and kind. I would highly recommend the Wilcox Company

My wife and I have worked with Joe for the past 6 months. Buying our first home can be hard at times. Joe has made it much easier. It's great working with a realtor who has spent his whole life learning the job. Aside from being a realtor he is also an appraiser and builder. Him knowing all aspects of the business helps us in many ways. As a builder, he is capable of giving us a rough estimate for the cost of any remodeling/improvements that might be needed. He is also able to spot potential issues with the house. As an appraiser, he knows exactly what the house is worth. This of course is useful in negotiations. I 100% recommend Joe. With close to 20 years experience, you're in good hands.
