I have used The Professionals several times before and as usual, I continue to be impressed with their services. They always do the typical things well but what sets them apart from other moving companies in Chicago is their above and beyond customer service. All the workers have a positive attitude and ensure all your needs are met!

Let's be honest, moving stinks but The Professionals make the process seamless. I will continue to use them for any future moves I have and I highly suggest their services for anyone who has to move!

I just had Marco's team, Anthony and Diego move me this weekend, they were phenomenal! They arrived early and got my stuff loaded and unloaded in no time! Super professional!

I just moved today and had Marco's team.

They were on unbelievable. From start to finish they worked very hard to make sure that the move was done in an reasonable time. Prior to the move the administrative staff communicated with me to ensure for a smooth move. They estimated 4-5 hours and finished at the 4 hour mark. It costs a lot of money to move. I received multiple quotes and the professionals were middle of the road. In the past I've went with the least expensive and had a bad experience. I've learned it's worth to spend a little more money to have a quality job done.

I highly recommend the professional. They have unbelievable service, they are very hard-working men, and very prompt. I would use them again in the future.

The guys were esrly and made my stressful move easy. The guys were efficient and courteous. I have been using the professionals for over 10 years. My only draw back is the pricing. They have went up almost 25% in 2 years and they charge for everything now.

They made what could have been a difficult move (3 stops around north side of Chicago) nearly painless, and completed the move in the time and budget quoted. I hope not to move again for a long time, but if I do, I will definitely use them again

Normally I don’t write reviews. But after I used the Professional movers they definitely deserve one.
It’s hard to find a company to handle your personal belongings and needs.
When in the office speaking to Ms. Lupe all my worries referent some furniture I could not use any more, was resolved on the spot and she did everything possible to give me confidence.
I get everything I asked for with in my budget.
On moving day Mr. Mauro and his team Mr. Antonio and Mr. Oswaldo arrived little early. Everything was wrapped quickly, careful and fast. The total time was right on track with my estimate.
They exceeded my expectations, nothing was broken and they were very friendly. - These guys are just fantastic.
Definitely was worth the money and I would use them again!

Great experience from start to finish. Very easy to work with. The moving teams were prompt, quick and professional. I had two moves--into storage and later out of storage. Everything went well.

All of your staff were very courteous. They made sure everything was done right, i would certainly recommend them again to any of my friends. This was the 4th time we used your company this year. That should be a recommendation right there. Thank you for running such a great business. Kudos to your whole staff, including the office staff as well!

These guys were amazing! We had a small one bedroom apartment and the guys they sent were so effecient! The took such good care wrapping our furniture and moving it properly so there was no damage. They got right to the point and got the job done! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Ervin and his crew were truly phenomenal! They arrived EARLY and the whole thing took only three hours total to move our one-bedroom apartment from one place to the other (and about 45 minutes of that was traveling between the two places, getting keys, etc.). They also completely disassembled and reassembled our bed frame. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Carlos and his crew showed up early and finished early and under estimate. They were quick and hard working. I would recommend the Professionals anytime.

My wife and I have used their services 3 times in the past. They packed the entire content of our house (including antiques, etc) very professionally. The following day a crew of 6 people moved it all to our new home, again, very professionally. Par excellence. Highly recommend.

Oscar and his team were so helpful! They arrived on time, were efficient with the move and came in under the estimated time and cost!! They were pleasant and so easy to work with. Moving is never easy or fun, but these guys made it much less stressful. They worked so hard on a hot day in Chicago, dealing with a multistop move and doing so without a single complaint!

Our movers were Jorge, Antonio, Luis and Andres. They came an hour early and we're done in two hours. They were extremely efficient and did a fantastic job. Absolutely would recommend. Thank you guys so much!! Made the move very easy.

Our movers names were Gabriel, Ivan and Alex. Our move was scheduled for between 8 and 8:30 and the crew was there before 7:30 to check what had to be moved. They started at 7:30 which was very helpful to us. Gabriel introduce himself and his 2 crewmen to us, then they went to work. The way they loaded the truck, I could not believe so many items could fit so neatly, compactly and safely. Next thing I knew it was loaded and we were on our way to unload. We met at my daughter's new apartment. The team unloaded as quickly and in a safe manner in unbelievable time. We have used your company, this is the 4th time and all 4 moves went smoothly, quickly, safely, nothing broken or damaged. Every crew has been spectacular and this crew was as good as the rest, if not better. When someone has good office staff and good movers, you have something to be proud of. I was impressed with their efficiency! Best movers we have ever had! Mauro, the crew leader, is a very sharp guy. The other 2 crew members seemed to know what they were doing also.

Victor #2 and his team were great. They arrived ontime for my move and completed the move quickly. Professional and service with a smile, I would use them again.
