I used The Busbank for our family reunion. They were great, I could not have asked for a better bus or driver to drive my family around. Our driver Richard was never late, professional, and polite the entire time. The bus was brand new and very clean. We all felt at ease and it could not have been a better experience.

Thanks for all of your help arranging this bus for our wedding. Our driver, Greg, was fantastic - everyone arrived at all destination points happy and safe. We had a wonderful time and were so grateful that this enormous piece of the puzzle went off without a hitch. You have no idea how many of our guests expressed their appreciation for the bus: navigating Chicago is a trial and the bus gave everyone piece of mind (and a great excuse to drink and party).

For the first time dealing with Busbank, and even a charter bus company, everything was so hassle free, thanks to you Phil May!!!! You are the absolute best, Thank you for being very patient with me, stayed in constant communication, and tried to help me the best way you knew how when a minor problem arose. Phil you were super friendly, and made me feel comfortable asking every and all types of question. You were very honest and had my best interest at heart. Because of you Phil, my experience with Busbank was awesome and I will return again. Thank you again so much!!! Nice dealing with you!

Bus was the exact bus that pictures were provided of. My contact at BusBank - Andrew, was incredibly responsive to my very tedious questions, and the driver was incredibly nice. For a comapny with A+ rating on the BBB, I am sure the reason the bus didnt show up for "outraged", is because it was probably never booked or paid for!!!! I was told at booking if payment did not arrive prior to the trip, the bus would not be able to be sent do to company policy.

THE BUS I RESERVED NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I WAS TOLD NOTHING COULD BE DONE & BASICALLY I WAS SCREWED! I HAD A LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE WITH ME THAT WERE FROM ALLOVER THE PLACE IN TOWN FOR ONE NIGHT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WONDERFUL. AND BECAUSE THE BUS NEVER SHOWED UP OUR OTHER PLANS HAD TO BE CANCELLED AS WELL. I AM OUT OVER $500 BECAUSE OF THIS MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY. THE ENTIRE NIGHT WAS COMPLETELY RUINED!!! IT TURNED OUT TO BE A DISASTER!
