First, let me say this. I enrolled my infant at teddy bear 5, because I knew the teacher that would be in the infant room. However, one month after my son was in that room they decided to move teachers around. That was a bad idea for many reasons. All the babies would have to adjust to new teachers and the new teacher's weren't experienced with babies. The first incident I was there when they were giving my baby his supply cup, I was trying to transition him from the bottle. One look at his sippy cup and I realized it was moldy juice :(. Second incident they had a 2 month old in a bouncer alone on the other side of the room just crying. 3rd incident which happened very often, I would go to pick up my baby and he was always in the crib if not the highchair. 4th incident he had a bruise on his ear lobe which they couldn't explain. Next day he had a busted lip they said he fell. I gave my 2 weeks notice his last day there he was in highchair I took him out and his pamper is soaked.

Teddy Bear Daycare was an awesome place for my child to interact with other children and a great learning environment. The Staff are loving and caring and always made my child feel welcomed!

Unless you believe your child should be treated as a product be my guest and enroll them. One chocolate cookie is what they would get for snack. How we found out is through their own employees, they urged us to remove our child to a better place due to the lack of academics provided. Teachers and Assistants yelling across the Daycare to children, well how's a child to act when there's bad examples being set for them. We heard from other parents who their child attend this DayCare and left to another only to find out their child required additional attention to keep up with their class. Again due to the lack of Academics. One teacher we encountered was sleeping during the day while she "watched" the kids. If you do visit them I encourage you to ask to see the children's toilets, I won't take that issue any further you'll find out for yourself!



Pay the extra money to send your child elsewhere or re-arrange your schedule if neccesary. It's your child and their future your risking.
