These guys are the greatest. Their apartments are fairly priced and are clean and well maintained. They respond quickly to any issues and/or requests. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them. Thank You TBS Properties !!!!

Management here at TBS is perfect. Not only is it a great place to live but if I ever have encountered any issues they have always been there to take care of it quickly! Best place I have lives thus far!

TBS has been my home for over a year and I am now writing this review since they really deserve it. From the start to now I have been treated constantly the same, any issues I encounter are always fixed right away. Pleasure living here!

I really enjoy living in TBS! I was a bit nervous living here since I was so use to my previous place, but tuned out it was much better here! Management is very professional and always so helpful, if I have ever encountered any issues they are their to help me! I get my issues fixed the same day I call, pricing is very affordable, and I enjoy the complex! Love it here!

TBS is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. They make consistent mistakes on the leases, which is really the only job they have except maintenance. I'm not sure how this is even possible, but the maintenance is even worse than the professionalism and competence of the leasing office. It should be noted that the office doesn't accept direct deposit. I get paid the last day of the month and promptly send out the check, but sometimes it gets there a day or two after the 5th. They immediately charge me the late fee. I requested that this policy be relaxed for one of two days, and they refused. They also refused to accept direct deposit, even though they can set it up for free and make everyone's life easier.

On to the worst part, Peter. Having flipped a property previously, the behavior and level of maintenance is a disgrace. It is actually a beautiful property, but not anymore because they have no respect for taking care of it. 10000 characters are need to explai
