I just expected to be informed via email or a phone call about the delay. I didn't expect this from them specially when they maintain so high standards with their products

Orders also come on time but my last order got cancelled as they could not deliver the products on time due to their manufacturer s shipment delay. I am really disappointed and would have preferred if i had been informed about it in advance. They should really take notice about and avoid wasting customer's time.

Provided by YP.comPurchased Eco light Massage table from bestmassage. This is the first massage table we've ever owned and we love it. It is very light and folds up great. Fits in our closet when we aren't using it. The cushion is very comfortable. Do advise getting the sheets for it or just draping one of your own sheets onto it to keep it clean. Recommend it for anyone looking to relax at home - whether on your own just by lying on it to relax or whether you have someone who will do a massage for you - is an awesome purchase great either way. Company shipped it on time as well. Very Satisfied.

Provided by YP.comComfort massage stool has been such a useful tool for my practice. It can be very easily adjusted to the desired height. The back support is also good. I recommend everyone to buy one. I just felt that shipping cost was an additional burden.

I was amazed with the offered price and even though it is cheap I found the quality of table quite impressive. I was also delighted with the delivery time frame. Before my purchase I called them to ask some of questions that I had regarding their equipment and they were happy to answer them. I highly recommend this store!

Provided by YP.comI found an incredible deal on a massage table through BestMassage.com. I'd been checking online for a couple of days and they had the lowest prices I'd seen anywhere. I even checked with customer support to make sure they had the model in stock that I wanted and could ship fast.
Shipping was quick, I received the massage table that I ordered by the end of the week - I ordered on a Monday, it arrived by Thursday. Great site for all the things I need for my massage services.

I purchased a table and an assortment of massage oils. I was happy with the price from the start, and was also very pleased with the shipping time frame. I called once to ask some questions about the table and they were very helpful. I will definitely do business with them again!!!

Provided by YP.comI am disappointed with this company, and sadly have to agree with the first post. Communication and follow-up are not good. A 40 minute repair job has now turned into a situation 3 days later where I'm thinking that I'll have to buy a second table (from someone else) to keep my business alive as they haven't even begun the job here on day three..and of course they didn't call me. A new and vague promise was offered for the end of the day. Care to hold your breath with me?

Provided by YP.comI originally made the purchase of a table warmer and towel warmer from Best Massage from their website because they had them for a good price. But thats all they had was the items for a good price. I had waited a week and a half for my items to arrive but they hadn't shown. So i tried to go to their website to track my order but no function was there on the website to track. So then i tried calling, but I had to call 4 times before anyone even answered their phone just to find out that the items i ordered were on back order for another two weeks. And they weren't even sure if they would arrive and that I would be waiting at least a total of three weeks for the items to arrive. And that was if the received the items and if they could get it shipped out before the weekend.
Overall I'm am very unpleased with their customer service and just the rudeness of not informing a customer that they would be waiting a month for an item that was on back order.
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else and would steer anyone away from them. I would rather pay a few bucks more and actually receive good customer service.

I was so impressed with their customer service and response time, they now have a loyal customer. I had been looking for a reasonabling priced table for about three years and the multipurpose master was exactly what I was looking for. The heated surface is what sold it for me. Thanks Bestmassage.
