About Located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, Fattoush Restaurant offers authentic, home-made Lebanese food served with pride by chefs who grew up and learned their craft in Lebanon. We warmly welcome you into our restaurant and prepare every dish that leaves our kitchen with the same attention to detail as if it was being served to you in our home. Here at Fattoush, we strive to serve only the freshest food using the finest ingredients. Neither processed nor pre-made foods are used in our cuisine. By making everything from scratch and by hand, we can ensure top quality and dishes that are consistently as fresh as can be. Some of the most important pieces of equipment in Lina and Sam's small, but immaculately clean, kitchen are their various chef's knives, which are continually used for all manner of tasks from cutting meat to minutely slicing and dicing salad ingredients and vegetables.
