My sister and I found this adorable chartrues green leather collar with riveted pink leather flowers and matching lead for our black Miniature Schnauzer Lola. Much to our disappointment the collar was loose around her neck. Called Tails in the City the next day, and was told they can order a smaller size only having to find out later, a smaller size was NOT available. Lola looked gorgeous in that collar. Bruce wanted to please us and told us he would take the collar to a shoe repair in the area and see if they can do something. They repositioned the flowers, shortened and resewn (the whole buckle part) so perfectly, you could never even tell it was worked on. That shop did such excellent work, and all because Bruce thought of all this just to please his customers. I wanted to pay for the beautiful work that was done and Bruce said "absolutely not"! Bruce, we thanked you then, and we thank you again. You are truly a good business owner, we wish you a ton of success in your life.
